Commercial buyer guide
Clear answers.
A credible next step.
Every relationship starts with the business opportunity, then product, operations, quality, volume and distribution are aligned around it.
01
Nationwide commercial reachSouthern California manufacturing with a path to markets across the United States.
TAMALÉA supports qualified foodservice, retail and distribution opportunities beyond Southern California. Frozen products can move through an approved commercial freight plan aligned with destination, order volume, receiving requirements, timing and distributor relationships.
Nationwide distribution does not mean an unqualified promise of one-case consumer delivery to every address. It means ADESA can evaluate and support business-to-business frozen-food programs throughout the United States when the commercial and logistics requirements are a fit.
- Restaurants and multi-unit foodservice
- Hospitality, entertainment and institutional channels
- Retail, private-label and white-label opportunities
- Distributors and other qualified commercial buyers
02
Plan the freight correctlyGive the team the details that determine a workable frozen delivery.
The strongest inquiry includes a delivery city and state, expected case volume, preferred timing, receiving capabilities and current distributor. Those details help ADESA identify whether an existing route, distributor-supported path or another commercial freight arrangement should be considered.
Frozen distribution has practical constraints: product must remain in its required temperature range, case and pallet configurations affect economics, appointments may be required, and remote destinations can change lead time and cost. These details are confirmed as part of the buyer conversation rather than hidden behind a generic shipping claim.
03
Core products and scalable programsChoose the product path before finalizing the distribution path.
Core Beef, Pork, Chicken, Jalapeño and Cheese, and Tamal de Elote formulas offer the fastest starting point when inventory and the buyer’s needs align. ADESA confirms current stock, case configurations, specifications and the applicable ordering path.
Private-label, white-label and custom programs require additional planning because product development, packaging, printed materials, minimums and production schedules become part of the launch. Nationwide rollout should be designed around the approved product and forecast—not treated as a separate afterthought.
04
Prepare for a multi-location launchTurn a promising sample into a repeatable program.
For multi-unit operations, ADESA needs to understand how the product will be ordered, stored, prepared, held and served at each location. The current specification pack can support internal review of case configuration, unit weight, ingredients, allergens, nutrition, shelf life and preparation guidance.
Start with the market and operational reality. A focused pilot, distributor alignment and realistic demand plan can create a stronger path to scale than an oversized first commitment. The TAMALÉA team can help identify the questions that should be resolved before rollout.
