Every relationship starts with the business opportunity, then product, operations, quality, volume and distribution are aligned around it.

Available core lineupBegin with proven frozen tamales instead of a ground-up development cycle.
TAMALÉA gives commercial buyers a faster starting point through ADESA house formulas that are produced for frozen distribution. The core lineup includes Beef, Pork, Chicken, Jalapeño and Cheese, and Tamal de Elote. Live flavor quantities, case availability and production timing are confirmed when you inquire.
This route is designed for restaurants, hospitality groups, distributors, retailers, coffeehouses, caterers and other qualified commercial buyers. It is not a direct-to-consumer parcel-shipping program. ADESA aligns the product, order size and freight path with the needs of the operation.
- Savory tamales: 24 tamales per case, 5 oz each
- Tamal de Elote: 60 tamales per case
- Frozen commercial distribution with current specifications supplied at approval

From stock check to orderKnow what “in stock now” means for a wholesale tamale program.
Inventory changes as orders are booked, so availability is always confirmed live. Tell ADESA which flavors interest you, your approximate case volume, delivery destination, distributor relationship and preferred launch timing. The team can then identify a practical product and fulfillment path.
A qualified inquiry receives current information rather than stale website promises: available formulas, approved case packs, lead time, freight considerations and the specification materials needed for review. If an existing formula fits, the conversation can move directly toward samples and commercial alignment.

When stock is not the whole answerMove from a house formula to private label or custom R&D when the opportunity calls for it.
Core formulas can validate menu demand, support an urgent seasonal opening or give a buyer a reliable first program. ADESA can also evaluate retail-ready packaging, private label, white label and custom product development for opportunities that require a more ownable market position.
Custom work begins with an approved commercial brief covering flavor, masa, format, packaging, projected volume, operational requirements and target timing. Development and production timing are separate from live core inventory and are confirmed after the brief is understood.
